Propagate the culture, civility, traditions, customs and values of Paraguay.

Promote cooperation and unity of action among Paraguayans, so that within the rules and in a democratic manner, find the means to achieve respect, honor and dignity as a Paraguayan resident in Ireland.

To promote reciprocal relations with related organizations, entities and/or associations.

To influence and promote the advancement of the Paraguayan community through initiatives and strategies that can influence legislation, public administration and economic development.

To promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences among its members and the Paraguayan and Irish society in general, and to become an instrument to facilitate cooperation between Paraguay and Ireland through educational, social and cultural activities.
